Ages 12 and Below

For athletes aged twelve and below Reading Athletic Club has partnered with Fundemental Fitness to run a popular Junior Club on Friday afternoons and Sunday mornings. The sessions are run by our qualified coaches with the help of assistants who are themselves athletes. Our youngest athletes learn to develop their running, jumping and throwing skills, leading to the 10 yr olds competing in some non-scoring league events during the summer. They have the opportunity to become full members of Reading Athletic Club when they reach year 6, having had a good grounding with the Junior Club via Fundemental Firtness.

Please note: over the school summer holidays your relevant contact will be for the year your child will enter in September.

Junior Athlete Drop-In Sessions

Drop in to our casual Friday drop in session on Fridays 5:15-6:15 and contact enquires@readingac.com.

Once you have participated in a few weekly sessions you may be invited down to core Reading AC training hours and sign up for a club membership.
