Reading AC Junior Club
Reading Athletic Club runs a popular Junior Club for school years 4 & 5 on most Sunday mornings during the year. The sessions are run by our qualified coaches and fulfil a need in the community for children to try athletics. The children learn to develop their running, jumping and throwing skills, leading to the 10 yr olds competing in some non-scoring league events during the summer. They have the opportunity to become full members of Reading Athletic Club when they reach year 6, having had a good grounding with the Junior Club.
