Alder Valley League

The Alder Valley League is the most local league for the club and it's main intention is to provide competition for athlete's who do not get into the Southern Women's, National Young Athletes League.

The league also has the added bonus or having every scoring event, also contested non-scoring, providing the perfect oppurtunity for new athlete's to gain experience in competitive athletics. 8 Club's contest 3 league matches, then after the 3 fixtures, the top 4 contest the Cup Match in September, whilst the remaining 4 contest the plate on the same day at the same venue. The league matches are always local, with fixtures often at Reading, Guildford and Eton.
